弹性漆专用油墨本产品采用高质改性树脂和高级颜料经过细制研磨加工组合而成，具有遮盖力强、附着力佳、流平性好等特点。
适用范围：手感漆专用油墨各种喷过手感漆、橡胶漆、弹性漆的工件表面丝印、移印。
印刷：
选用网目为250-350目的网板。
1．用配套专用稀释剂开油
2．用718洗网水洗网。
3．添加10%的配套硬化剂增加附着力提高产品的通用性和墨层硬度。
干燥时间：
表干时间自然挥发5-10分钟，实干时间在添加10%硬化剂，必需烘烤干燥65℃烘烤60分钟；80℃烘烤30分钟；后达*佳性能；
测试（完全干燥后）：
1．3M胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起没异状。
2．500克力橡皮耐磨60次，耐酒精50次以上。
测试方法（完全干燥后）：

2．搅拌时加本公司配套开油水10-12%，稀释到印刷适合粘度，移印稀释使用移印专用稀释剂；用718洗网水清洗。
3．不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则容易出现其他附着力，化学反应等不良现象。
4. 加入固化剂的油墨使用时限为8小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事项：
1．各种承印物料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需先试印，确其符合要求后，再批量生产。
2．在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量。白色超越150都会变色，烘烤时请用木质材料垫底进行烘烤，不得直接接触铁
